The Minister of National Defense, Major General Michel Manasseh, received in his office in Yarzeh today the Minister of Energy and Water, Joe Al-Saddi, and discussed a number of files and issues of concern to the two ministries. Minister Al-Saddi thanked Major General Mansi for paying the accumulated amounts from his ministry to the Electricité du Liban, since the Ministry of National Defense was the first to pay its dues.
