The “Loyalty to the Resistance” bloc condemned the Israeli persistence in depriving people’s lives and turning the villages and towns of the south into areas uninhabitable for life. She indicated, in a statement, that the Israeli army “is actively hiding behind the framework agreement with the Lebanese authority to practice its described crimes against the south and its people.” The bloc stressed that “the approach and behavior of the pillars of power tempt the enemy to continue its occupation of Lebanon, and practice brutality and genocide to destroy life in its southern cities and villages.” It called on the authority to “declare the death of the framework agreement and withdraw from the negotiations and their shameful rounds.” She expressed her deep concern about “the spread of corruption on a large scale, and its transformation into a system of sharing the spoils that affects various sectors, in light of the government’s abandonment of carrying out its duties.”
