The President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, left Beirut International Airport this afternoon, heading to Rome on a visit in which he will meet His Holiness Pope Leo XIV tomorrow. President Aoun is scheduled to meet the day after tomorrow, Friday, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
