Yesterday, Tuesday, Israeli Channel 12 revealed an American move to prepare a 15-item document aimed at ending the war with Iran, which includes a month-long ceasefire, during which a framework agreement similar to previous understandings in Gaza and Lebanon will be negotiated.
Informed sources quoted by Channel 12 reported that US President Donald Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is working alongside US envoy Steve Witkoff on formulating a mechanism to end the conflict through this document.
The sources explained that the plan is based on a month-long ceasefire, during which negotiation channels will be opened to reach a comprehensive agreement, while imposing strict restrictions on the Iranian nuclear program and strict additional conditions.
The sources reported that Israel expresses fears that the United States will push towards a general framework agreement, while postponing the technical details to later stages.
According to what the channel reported, the document includes the following points:
1- A ceasefire for a month.
2- Dismantling the nuclear capabilities that Iran has accumulated.
3 - Iran’s commitment to never seek to possess a nuclear weapon.
4- Stop any enrichment of nuclear materials on Iranian territory.
5 - Deliver all enriched materials to the International Atomic Energy Agency within an agreed upon timetable.
6 - Removing the Natanz, Isfahan and Fordow facilities from service and destroying them.
7 - Providing the International Atomic Energy Agency with full access to all information inside Iran.
8 - Iran abandons the approach of its affiliated arms in the region.
9 - Effectively stop financing and arming these arms.
10 - Ensuring that the Strait of Hormuz remains open as a free sea lane.
11 - Discuss the Iranian missile file later, while imposing restrictions on the number and range.
12 - Limiting the use of Iranian military capabilities within the framework of self-defense.
13- Lifting all sanctions imposed on Iran.
14 - Providing support for the development of a civil nuclear project in Bushehr to produce electricity.
15- Abolition of the “snapback” mechanism for automatically re-imposing sanctions.
