The Israeli army escalated its attacks on the south since dawn on Saturday, carrying out a series of raids targeting Ali Al-Taher Heights and the vicinity of the Teachers’ Home and the Al-Husseini Club in Nabatieh Al-Fawqa. The raid also targeted the valley between Ansar and Al-Zarriya, and hit a house on the outskirts of Ansar, killing 7 people and wounding 3, while rescue teams continue searching and removing rubble. The air escalation was accompanied by bombardment with phosphorous missiles on the forest and Ali Al-Taher hill, amid an atmosphere of tension and panic and a limited exodus from Nabatieh towards Sidon.
