US President Donald Trump threatened to strike Iran “strongly” in response to the attacks that targeted American sites in Jordan. He confirmed in an interview with Fox News that the United States “will teach Iran a harsh lesson” and that it will respond to the militias that he described as “the cancer of the world” and that Tehran supports. Trump explained that the attack carried out by Washington on the militias in Iraq was carried out in coordination with the Iraqi government, pointing out that the recent Iranian attack was “surprise” and the American forces had only minutes to shoot down the missiles. He said: "I will let them continue talking, and America will launch strikes against those who target our forces."
