The General Directorate of State Security published a video in which it explained that its members thwarted “an inevitable disaster in the port of Beirut, through decisive action that prevented the tragedy of August 4, 2020 from being repeated, and it succeeded in evacuating highly flammable oil materials from the port of Beirut and re-exporting them outside the country.”
