The Israeli army committed several massacres at dawn in the towns of Sharqiya, Harouf and Kafrsir in the Nabatieh district, after air strikes after midnight targeted inhabited homes, resulting in a number of martyrs, wounded and missing people. Nabatieh lived through one of the most difficult nights during the recent period of aggression. The Israeli army escalated its pace in a large way and its artillery bombarded it violently and intensively, starting at half past one on Thursday night - Friday, the city of Nabatieh, the Kfarjouz area, and the towns of Kfarman, Zibdin, Nabatieh Al-Fawqa, Habboush, Sajad, and Al-Jabal Al-Rafi’i. At approximately 2:10 p.m., enemy warplanes launched a series of raids on the city of Nabatieh, the towns of Kafr Tibnit, Nabatieh al-Fawqa, and the Rayhan Heights. At approximately 3:00 p.m., it raided the Kafarjouz-Nabatieh area, the Jamiat neighborhood in the city of Nabatieh, and the Al-Baidar neighborhood in Harouf, and reported the fall of 8 martyrs. It was followed by a raid on the Al-Ashamiya area between the towns of Sharqiya and Al-Duwair, where it destroyed a house and reported the fall of 4 martyrs, coinciding with a concentrated artillery bombardment of the nuns’ neighborhood in the city of Nabatieh and in the town of Kafrsir. An Israeli raid led to the fall of 3 martyrs. In turn, the town of Al-Qasiba was subjected to a raid around four in the morning that coincided with artillery shelling on the outskirts of Kafrsir and Al-Qasiba, followed by raids on Kafardjal and Kafr Benit. At around five in the morning, an Israeli drone targeted a motorcycle near the Al-Duwair municipality building, and it was reported that one martyr and one wounded were killed. The town of Jebshit was also subjected to a series of raids from enemy drones, coinciding with artillery shelling of the town. At approximately 5:15 am, aircraft raided the town of Adshit, followed by a raid on the Kafarjouz-Nabatieh area and on Toul, coinciding with a concentrated artillery bombardment of the town of Jabshit.
