Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri issued the following statement: In order to facilitate the success of the Iranian-American negotiations in Switzerland, especially with regard to the first clause in the Iranian-American memorandum of understanding, and with reference to the statement of US President Donald Trump regarding the ceasefire between Israel, Lebanon and Hezbollah, I affirm Lebanon’s position and Hezbollah’s commitment to the ceasefire as long as Israel adheres to it fully and comprehensively.
