The American website "Axios" quoted an advisor to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as saying that Israel does not consider itself bound by the Lebanon part of the memorandum of understanding, noting that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu informed US President Donald Trump that Israel will not withdraw from southern Lebanon unless Hezbollah is disarmed.
