The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement: An army unit worked to remove dirt barriers on the Dibbin road that had been placed by the Israeli occupation, which reopened the Marjayoun – Dibbin – Ebel al-Saqi road, in conjunction with the Israeli withdrawal from the Dibbin area. The military units are implementing a gradual deployment after communicating with the Committee to Supervise the Cessation of Hostilities (Mechanism) and in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon - UNIFIL, while the specialized units are conducting an engineering survey of the area with the aim of removing unexploded ordnance. Therefore, the Army Command calls on citizens not to approach the area and to adhere to the instructions of military units until the deployment ends.
