A number of citizens in the city of Sidon complained of weak Internet coverage and occasional transmission interruptions for different periods of the day, especially during peak hours. They stressed that “even telephone communication with Ogero management via its lines designated to receive their complaints in this regard is subject to sudden interruption before the call is completed.” While concerned parties attributed the cause of this problem to the great pressure on the communications network and the use of the Internet, citizens appealed to the Ogero Authority to address the defect and its causes, especially since the majority of their interests and business management are based on ensuring normal coverage of the Internet.
