Ronaldo determines the coach he wants to lead the Portugal national team

Press reports revealed the coach preferred by Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo to lead his country during the next stage, as preparations for the 2026 World Cup approach.
According to the information, Ronaldo believes that coach Jorge Jesus, the current coach of Al-Nasr Club, is the most suitable choice to take over the task of coaching the Portuguese national team.
The Portugal captain believes that Jesus' experience and tactical ability can help the team achieve outstanding results in the upcoming tournaments.
Reports indicated that Jesus is open to the idea of coaching the national team after the end of the 2026 World Cup, at a time when the name of coach Jose Mourinho is also emerging among the potential candidates to lead the Portuguese national team in the future.
In another context, the Portuguese Football Federation is preparing to file an appeal with FIFA against a possible penalty of suspending Ronaldo for three matches.
