After the funeral announcement...an official change in the place of Hani Shaker's funeral

Actress Nadia Mostafa announced a new amendment to the place and time of the funeral of the late artist Hani Shaker and receiving condolences, based on a decision issued by his family.
Mustafa wrote through her accounts: “There is a change in the place of the funeral and the place of condolence, and the details will be announced as soon as they are determined. We ask you to pray for mercy,” adding: “We belong to God and to Him we shall return... The deceased of the Arab world, the prince of Arab singing, Hani Shaker, has passed away to the mercy of God Almighty.”
She explained that the funeral prayer will be held on Wednesday, May 6, following the noon prayer in the Abu Shaqqa Mosque in Palm Hills, with the burial taking place in the family cemetery on Al-Wahat Road on the 6th of October, while the funeral was expected to be held on Thursday, May 7 in the same mosque, before the final amendment took place.
The head of the Musical Professions Syndicate, Mustafa Kamel, had previously announced various arrangements, indicating that the funeral would be held from the Police Mosque in Sheikh Zayed, with the funeral being held in the same place.
In an official statement, the Syndicate of Musical Professions mourned the late artist, stressing that he is one of the most prominent symbols of Arab singing, and that his rich career constituted a milestone in the history of art, thanks to the fine works he presented that expressed the conscience of the Arab public.
The union stressed that his departure represents a great loss to the artistic scene, stressing that his legacy will remain present in the memory of generations, as a witness to an exceptional journey that spanned decades.
